YES THE DAY HAS COME I HAVE FINALLY TRACKED IT DOWN!!!!
While on my lunch break I happened to walk past this little nail shop up the street from my job. I quickly glanced in and notice a small OPI display setup in front of the cash register with a picture of Katy Perry, so I bee lined it in the store and that when I saw it! ONE BOTTLE LEFT! [insert praise god dance here]
