2 cups of Spinach
1 cup of Milk or your choice (I used Unsweetened Vanilla Soy Milk)
1 Banana
2 of tablespoons of ground flaxseeds
6oz of any Greek Yogurt of your choice (I have used both Chobani's Pineapple and Mango with this recipe and both have come out equally DELISH!!!)
3 tablespoons Vega One any flavor of your choice (I use Vegan One in Vanilla Chai. I have tried other flavors from Vega One, and this one makes my taste buds the happiest :) )
Put all in ingredients in your blender for a few minutes, then you will have the most delicious smoothie EVA!!!
***Helpful Tips***
I place make milk in first then I add the ground flaxseeds and start the blender I find that this helps grind the seeds a little more.
I got my Vega One from Whole Foods, they have single serving packets of all the flavors for about $3 or $4 that way you can try them all out to see which one you like the best.
Vita Cost also sells Vega One for a little cheaper than Whole Foods (I bought mine at Whole Foods because the Vanilla Chai was sold out on Vita Cost)
